Judge Denies Biden Administration’s Effort to Conceal Evidence in Big Tech-Government Censorship Case

The Biden administration tried to block the deposition of numerous significant officials only to be denied by U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty on November 2, 2022.

Why Would the Biden Administration Want to Withhold Evidence?

U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty denied the request “for a partial stay” of his October 21 order permitting the deposition of eight officials, including Dr. Anthony Fauci and Jen Psaki.

Who Will Else Is The Government Worried Would Snitch?

Government lawyers requested the partial stay because they’re worried about a rat.
The lawyers want to “vacate the part of his order” allowing the deposition of Surgeon General Vivek Murthy (Biden appointee), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Jen Easterly (Biden Appointee), and Rob Flaherty (deputy assistant to the president).
However, the Biden Administration does not fear Dr. Fauci’s lips will sink their ship.
